Magonaga Industries has need of one office administrator to work onsite with a client in Vermont.

The incumbent will be responsible for general telephone reception and office duties. Other duties will include:

• Maintain a to-do list printed weekly for review by the owners

• Record hours for different projects using chart of account descriptions, i.e. accounting, sales, marketing, administration

• Perform general accounting duties in Quickbooks

• Other responsibilities as required
